WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY APPLICATION ?

To speed your application, you should bring or have the following information:

• Social security numbers for you and the co-borrower

• Copy of the purchase agreement (if applicable)

• Copy of the Multiple Listing Service detail sheet (if applicable)

• Name and phone number of you Realtor (if applicable)

• Address of you and the co-borrower for the last 5 years

• Name and addresses of employer for the last 2 years, or 2 years tax returns if self employed

• Copy of last 2 years W-2 forms

• Most recent pay stubs covering the last 30 days

• All bank and/or credit union account numbers, and addresses of those institutions

• Name, address, and account number of you current mortgage company

• Name and address of landlord if renting

• Account numbers, lender or company name, and addresses for all loans and credit cards

• Copy of divorce decree (if applicable)

• Copy of bankruptcy discharge notice & letter of explanation (if applicable)
